Phillip Lindo

Acupuncturist

Hello my name is Phillip Lindo and I am Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist who graduated from Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine with a diploma in Acupuncture & Moxibustion in 2016. My practice’s core focus is in pain management, digestive disorders such as stomach pain, constipation & diarrhea, gynocological & hormonal imbalances, anxiety/ depression and much more. With my own anxiety and chronic pain, the health care system gave me very little solutions and I was preparing to live a life with discomfort until I was introduced to acupuncture in 2012. With a regular treatment plan, diet & lifestyle changes, I was able to rebalance my mind, body and soul. After many years of study and practice, it has become my obsession to help others get balanced so they can feel good and live their best life! I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your health goals.

Ankita

Massage Therapist

I initially aspired to pursue a career in healthcare and enrolled in nursing school. However, during my second year of college, I made the decision to transition to the field of massage therapy. This shift was driven by my interest and knowledge of the human body, coupled with a passion for exercise and healthy living. I successfully completed the Advanced Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College Hamilton, obtaining registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I am trained in various massage techniques, including prenatal, Swedish, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization techniques, lymphatic drainage, and remedial exercise therapy. Currently,I am pursuing a Bachelor of Health Science to further enhance my understanding of human anatomy and refine my skills as a therapist. With over 5 years of experience in healthcare, I want to use my skills as a massage therapist now to help people feel better in their everyday lives or perform better in competitions.
